Delete your PRUPRO account

You can delete your account and the data in it at any time. There are two ways.

From inside the app

Open PRUPRO → You (the last tab) → Delete my account.

It takes effect immediately. No email, no waiting, nobody to ask.

By email

If you cannot get into the app — a lost phone, a number you no longer have —

write to [connect@prupro.com](mailto:connect@prupro.com) from any address

and tell us the mobile number the account uses.

We will confirm it is yours before deleting anything, and we will do it within

7 days of confirming.

What deleting removes

• Your profile: name, age, city, trade, experience, expected pay, photo
• Every document you uploaded, including any identity document or selfie
• Your messages, voice notes and attachments
• Your swipes, matches, invitations and applications
• Your availability and your saved preferences
• Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used

What survives, and why

A completed job stays in the other person's own history — without your name

attached to it. An employer who hired four people last month is still an

employer who hired four people last month, and a marketplace where either side

can erase what happened is a marketplace where a record means nothing.

Reviews you wrote about other people stay, attributed to a deleted account, for

the same reason.

We keep nothing else.
