PRUPRO — Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These are the rules for using PRUPRO. By signing in, you agree to them. They

are written to be read by the people they apply to.

What PRUPRO is, and what it is not

PRUPRO introduces people to each other. Workers find work, employers find

people, and customers book local services.

We are not your employer, and we are not an employment agency. When you

agree to work through PRUPRO, that agreement is between you and the other

person. PRUPRO is not a party to it. We do not set wages, we do not supervise

the work, we do not pay you, and we cannot pay you if somebody else does not.

We charge nothing. There is no fee to sign up, to be shown to employers, to

apply, to post a requirement, or to be hired.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over. PRUPRO matches people into paid work and cannot

knowingly hold an account for a child. We ask your age when you sign up, and an

account we learn belongs to somebody under 18 is removed.

One account per person, in your own name. Do not sign in on somebody else's

behalf.

What you promise us

the work you say you have finished.

not intend to do.

to collect people's details for something else, or to contact people for a

purpose they did not agree to.

meet here.

Money

Payment is between the two of you. PRUPRO processes no payments and holds

no money. Bookings are paid in cash directly to the provider, and pay for a job

is paid directly by the employer.

Because we never take a payment, there is nothing for us to refund. If a

dispute arises about money, it is between the two people who agreed it. We will

give either of you the record PRUPRO holds of what was agreed, and a repeated

pattern of complaints is grounds for us to remove an account.

Your reputation here

Ratings, reviews and completed-job counts are part of your public record on

PRUPRO. You cannot delete a review somebody left about you, for the same reason

you would not want somebody deleting yours. You can report one that breaks

these rules, and a person will read it.

You may only review somebody you actually worked with, after the work is

finished, once.

Verification, and what our badges mean

A badge names a specific thing that was checked — a government ID, a

certificate, a business document. It means a person at PRUPRO looked at a

document and it appeared genuine.

It is not a guarantee about anybody's conduct. A checked ID says somebody

is who they say they are. It does not promise they will turn up, do good work,

or pay you. Use your own judgement, meet in sensible places, and tell us if

something is wrong.

Safety

You can block or report anybody, at any time, from their profile or your

conversation. Blocking is silent and works both ways.

If you feel unsafe, contact the police first. Then tell us at

connect@prupro.com, and we will act on what we hold.

Suspending or removing an account

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, that we believe is

fake, or that puts other people at risk. Where we can, we will say why. You can

close your own account at any time — see the deletion page.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects what you may do or what we may do,

we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.

Liability, plainly

PRUPRO is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available,

but we do not promise that a match will result in work, that work will result

in payment, or that any person you meet here will behave well.

To the extent the law allows, PRUPRO is not liable for what happens between two

people who met here — including unpaid wages, work that was not done, injury,

or loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be

limited, or any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have

jurisdiction.
